Primary Objectives of the MultiEthnic Conference: * To discuss and share expertise on how individuals and organizations that work with diverse ethnic groups can create welcoming and inclusive communities that will help Indiana thrive in the 21st century. * To bring together people and institutions (public and private) that work with diverse ethnic groups to share resources and ideas by encouraging open dialogue and information sharing. * To strengthen an understanding of the importance of educating Hoosiers on the role multiethnic groups play in the growth of Indiana in the 21st century. * To cooperate and share responsibility in providing broad access to research finds and new ideas.
